These terms describe how this website may be used and the basis on which TeamWebDesign provides its services. Specific projects and partnerships are always governed by the written quote, plan or agreement we agree with you before work begins — if anything there differs from these general terms, the written agreement for your engagement takes precedence.

Our services

TeamWebDesign provides web development services — including business websites, e-commerce stores, WordPress development, landing pages, redesigns and maintenance — and e-commerce partnership services, in which we operate marketplace stores on Amazon, Walmart and Etsy for partners, including on a revenue-share basis. The content of this website describes these services in general terms and does not by itself form a contract.

Quotes & engagements

• Every engagement starts with a free strategy call, followed by a clear plan and a transparent quote or partnership terms — in writing — before any paid work begins.
• Work, timelines and deliverables are those set out in that written agreement for your project or partnership.
• If the scope of a project changes, any effect on price or timeline is agreed in writing before the changed work is done.

Ownership

You own your assets. Your domain, your website, your marketplace accounts, your brand and your customer data remain your property. We build and operate on your behalf; on completion of an engagement, the website and accounts we worked on are yours. This applies equally to partnership stores: the account, the brand and the payouts stay in your name.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee sales, profits, rankings, traffic or any other specific business result — and you should be careful with anyone who does. Results depend on products, capital and market conditions. What we commit to is an experienced in-house team, transparent reporting, and real work on your website or store as agreed — and we put that commitment in writing.

Liability

This website is provided for general information. While we take care to keep it accurate, we are not liable for decisions made solely on its content, or for interruptions or errors beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and any liability arising from a paid engagement is addressed in the written agreement for that engagement.

Using this website

The content and design of this website belong to TeamWebDesign unless stated otherwise. You may read and share links to it freely; please do not copy substantial parts of it or present our work as your own.
